We offer flat-rate shipping for orders country-wide.

The cost of shipping changes depending on your selected items.

Items sent with a courier service are typically delivered 2-5 days after dispatch.

We often ship outside of South Africa so please email us for a custom quote. If you are located outside of South Africa, please contact info@fevertreehome.co.za for a custom quote.

Returns

We understand that sometimes we change our mind or something just doesn’t work. This is why we provide a 7-day money back guarantee if you change your mind on a particular product.

For any change of mind, the company will entitle you to a refund provided that, we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Please note, all return and delivery costs will be at the buyers’ expense. Therefore, the refund will be less the total delivery and return delivery costs.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we will then inspect and, if everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

Damaged Goods - Refund Policy

Occasionally, goods can get damaged during delivery. It is important to inspect the goods and notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage during the shipping process. Make sure to include photos of the damage. Once our team has reviewed the damage, we will arrange an exchange of the product, or alternatively a full refund, if the item is a once off piece, as many of our products are.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
