Shipping

We offer shipping anywhere in South Africa. 

All of our products are made to order. Our turn-around time is 10-14 working days. Once items have been dispatched with our courier service, they are typically delivered 2-5 days after dispatch.

The cost of shipping changes depending on your selected items and location. 

Returns

For all stock items, we provide a 7-day money back guarantee if you change your mind on a particular product.

For any change of mind, the company will entitle you to a refund provided that, we are informed within 7 days of delivery. Please note, all return and delivery costs will be at the buyers’ expense. Therefore, the refund will be less the total delivery and return delivery costs.

Upon receipt of returned goods, we will then inspect and, if everything is in perfect condition, the refund will be processed within 7 working days.

For all custom made items, including headboards and upholstered items, that were made specifically for you, we do not offer returns unless the item is faulty/damaged and we are notified within 48 hours of delivery. 

Damaged Goods - Refund Policy

Occasionally, goods can get damaged during delivery. It is important to inspect the goods and notify us within 48 hours of delivery of any damage during the shipping process. Make sure to include photos of the damage. Once our team has reviewed the damage, we will arrange an exchange of the product, or alternatively a full refund.

We will not refund or replace a product where in our reasonable opinion the product has, following the sale to you, become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions, using it in an abnormal way or failure to take reasonable care.
